About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Swimming Instructor to join our team at Robinson Pools and Fitness in Bedford. As a qualified swimming teacher, you will be responsible for delivering safe and consistent swimming lessons that cater to the needs of our customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of aquatic safety and control during lessons.
- Deliver swimming lessons that meet the standards set by the Learn to Swim Programme.
- Encourage pupils to enrol on further courses and short courses.
- Assist with new-enrolments and re-enrolments as required.
- Understand and follow the Safeguarding Policy and Procedure.
- Record and complete relevant awards in line with expected standards.
