About This Role

We are seeking a qualified Swimming Instructor to join our team at Robinson Pools and Fitness, Bedford.

As a Swimming Instructor, you will play a key role in developing our customers' swimming skills, delivering safe and consistent lessons that give people real confidence in the water.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and abilities, using your knowledge of swimming practices, progression, and teaching points to create effective lesson plans.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a good and positive image of the Centre to customers and the public
  • Ensuring the safety and control of pupils within swimming lessons
  • Actively encouraging pupils to enrol on further courses and short courses
  • Assisting with new-enrolments and re-enrolments
  • Recording and completing relevant awards
  • Teaching to the standard set within the product manual
