Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the production of Direct Mail and Digital Print jobs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  2. Maintain the security of client data and adhere to quality and checking procedures.
  3. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure seamless production and delivery.
  5. Monitor and control production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience as a Production Manager in a Direct Mail or Digital Printing company.
  2. High level of data knowledge and accuracy of Direct Mail activity.
  3. Experience managing external suppliers and planning and control skills.
  4. Expert understanding of print, production, fulfilment, and postal processes.
  5. Good working knowledge of Direct Mail and Digital Print machinery capabilities.
