Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team at CK Group. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is a contract-based position, with a duration of 12 months, where you will be working on a site based in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including order receipt processing, order entry, and general office duties.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and Windows. Additionally, they should have GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English, and previous experience in customer services or aseptic compounding would be advantageous.
