This is a commercial contracts management role that requires experience dealing with complex contracts in-life. You will work with a market leader in the outsourcing sector, handling a portfolio of varied contracts and accounts. Your primary focus will be on supplier-facing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive commercial guidance to the deal leadership team.
- Manage large-scale supplier contracts in-life, handling the full life cycle.
- Identify risks, liabilities, and commitments of contractual agreements, ensuring they are clearly understood and that the business is aware of any potential impact.
- Ensure contracts in place continue to provide excellent quality and value.
- Strong contract management experience.
- Successful track record of stakeholder management and problem-solving.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, intense, performance-driven culture, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
- Delivers clear, easy-to-understand messages, compelling to listen to, and able to inspire confidence.
This is not a sales or procurement role; you will need to demonstrate excellent commercial/legal and contract management skills in the interview process.
