About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join our team at a Barchester complex care home. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional levels of care and support to our residents.

As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD), you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, including developing tailored care plans, conducting clinical tasks, and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and has a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. If you have current NMC registration and experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including developing tailored care plans and conducting clinical tasks
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture
