Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Christmas Sales Team Member to support our sales floor team during the busy Christmas period. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of store standards, and working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer fast and friendly service to all customers, helping them to find the perfect products
- Share knowledge and passion for our products with customers
- Ensure the sales floors are well-maintained and easy to shop from
- Work in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries
- Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues and managers at all times
- Take control of your own development and contribute to a positive team environment
