About the Job

  • Manage customer requests for changes to order specifications and delivery dates.
  • Conduct regular material usage reviews to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Represent the department in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, meeting stringent deadlines.
  • Create and maintain option forecasts to support future customer demand, enabling proactive planning and resource allocation.
  • PARTicipate in testing of system enhancements to ensure maximum value realization from technology investments.
  • Ongoing ad-hoc duties as required by the business.

About You

  • Experience in a similar logistics or supply chain role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ideal candidates hold a degree in a business or STEM-related field, showcasing academic excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential for effective communication and data analysis.
