This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to join Hays Specialist Recruitment as a BIM Specialist in Banbridge, NI. We are currently seeking a BIM Technician to support our BIM team at their fabulous new Head Office.

As a BIM Specialist, you will assist in delivering exciting large-scale projects in the UK, Ireland and across Europe, including high to medium rise residential, commercial, educational, data centres and innovative energy projects.

Our ideal candidate has minimum 1 years' experience using MEP Revit or other 3D Modelling Software packages, strong communication and team skills, organised to deliver assigned tasks within set deadline dates and Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams.

A valid UK Driving Licence and access to own transport are also required. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£60,000 per annum, full in-house training, competitive pension scheme, life assurance scheme, health cash plan, free annual health check and 30 days annual leave increases with length of service.
