House Building Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at St. Modwen Homes in Wantage, Oxfordshire. This role requires weekend working with 2 days off during the week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets by achieving qualified sales reservations
- Enhancing the customer purchasing experience by offering a high level of customer service
- Demonstrating our range of homes to prospective customers
- Working with colleagues from different departments to achieve company goals
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role within Housebuilding, be able to work weekends, possess fast thinking and superb communication skills, and hold a valid UK driving license.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, excellent basic pay, opportunity to earn double OTE, 25 days Annual Leave, and a fantastic suite of benefits including Private Healthcare, Private Pension, and Life Cover.
