At Wayman Education, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to join our team at a reputable primary school. With a strong passion for education and a proven track record of delivering excellent teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that challenge and inspire primary students to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have QTS or equivalent and a recognized qualification in teaching, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Education or any relevant field. They will also possess excellent classroom management skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with the school team to ensure all students receive a positive and engaging learning experience. You will create a safe and conducive learning environment, monitor and assess students' progress, and prepare for school-related activities such as performances, events, and parent/teacher meetings.
