Job Title: Early Years Foundation Stage Professional

Description:

Wayman Education seeks an accomplished Early Years Foundation Stage Professional to lead our Primary School's educational program, creating a stimulating and challenging learning environment for primary students. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Early Years curriculum, inspiring students to develop essential skills and knowledge.

About the Role:

  • Design and deliver engaging lessons, aligning with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework to foster a love of learning and promote cognitive development.
  • Establish effective relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers, promoting collaboration and partnership working to enhance student outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions to support academic achievement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive and cohesive educational program, aligned with the school's vision and values.

Requirements:

  • Hold QTS or equivalent qualification in teaching, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Demonstrate expertise in leading and managing teams, able to create a productive and collaborative learning environment.

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, reflective of the seniority and importance of this role in driving educational excellence.
