Senior Electronics Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Camlin Group. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our electronic manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality products, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Process Development
- Support the development and implementation of new electronic manufacturing processes for existing and new products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes into production, following our NPI process.
- Investigate and resolve any manufacturing-related issues affecting product quality or throughput.
- Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction, including the use of automation.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with design and R&D teams to provide input on design for assembly (DFM) in electronic design.
- Gather data from measurement or test systems to determine process performance and provide feedback to design teams.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for manufacturing processes, including work instructions and job breakdown sheets.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in electronics manufacturing, process development, and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of PCB assembly, SMT, and other electronic manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with CAD software and design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- IPC610 / IPC620 certification is desirable.
