Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their table.
  • Present menus to guests and take orders for food and drinks.
  • Make recommendations to guests regarding food and beverage selections.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Process payment for meals and handle cash and credit card transactions.
  • Assist with the setup and clean-up of the restaurant before and after service.
  • Clean and reset tables for the next guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgment and minimal direction.
