Job Title: Department Head

About the Role:

As a Department Head at Morrisons, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team responsible for ensuring our products from the production lines are stored and dispatched efficiently. You will drive success by focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs), maintaining accurate reporting, and developing mid-term strategy plans to improve efficiency and service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of Department Managers to successfully deliver KPIs and drive business performance
* Experience of a Department Manager/Shift/Warehouse Manager or equivalent
* Experience in a large scale production/warehouse operation, ideally across Food Manufacturing
* The ability to coach and encourage your team and help them explore opportunities to continuously improve how they do their job
* The ability to problem solve, and implement process changes in order to improve operational performance
* Strong leadership and coaching skills in order to engage motivate and develop large teams with varying skill sets
