Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet guests with a friendly smile, offer assistance, and provide a high level of service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Work across bar, restaurant, conference, and room service facilities, providing a warm and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent service standards, support each other in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Training and Development: Participate in on-the-job training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and take pride in your work to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Passion for Food and Drink: Have a genuine interest in food and drink, and be able to provide excellent knowledge and recommendations to guests.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
