We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at the Francis Hotel Bath. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

About the Role

  • Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling customer transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in food and beverage service.
