Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at END. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Advisors and ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and reduce escalations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Customer Service Manager and Assistant Manager.
