About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at END. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Advisors and ensuring that they provide exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to help them achieve their goals.
- Contribute to the development of the Customer Service strategy and goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
