The **Relationship Banker** plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by identifying customer needs and recommending tailored banking solutions.

  • Provides top-notch customer service by accurately processing transactions and new account openings in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conducts regular financial conversations with customers to understand their banking needs.
  • Achieves individual and branch sales goals by maximizing each customer interaction and proactively engaging with prospects through various activities.
  • Marks a wide range of consumer and small business banking services to existing customers and prospects.

Responsibilities include opening consumer & small business accounts, originating and closing loans, performing maintenance changes to existing accounts, answering customer questions, and resolving account-related problems.

  • Effectively utilizes the customer relationship management system and onboarding process to provide outstanding internal and external customer experiences.
  • Demonstrates expertise in Digital Banking knowledge and proficiency, advising customers on all bank delivery channels and services.
  • Ensures adherence to all bank policies, procedures, audit, regulatory, and security guidelines.
  • Complies with requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including successful completion of background checks and obtaining a Unique Identifier from the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).**Requirements**

    1-2 years of experience as a teller, banker, or equivalent retail sales or banking experience required; customer service experience and needs-based banking sales preferred.

    • Possesses proficiency with technology and digital banking services, Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel), and familiarity with technical devices, including tablets and smartphones.

    Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
