Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our client's growing engineering team. This individual will be responsible for the design and development of mechanical systems and components from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical drawings, 3D models, and manufacturing specifications.
  • Collaborate with electrical engineers, manufacturing teams, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct testing and analysis of prototypes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement design improvements based on feedback, test outcomes, and changing project requirements.
  • Participate in design discussions and contribute to project timelines and planning.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks or AutoCAD).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and production methods.
  • Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies is a bonus.
