Main Responsibilities- Motivate and Manage Staff: Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to deliver exceptional patient care.

Person Specification- Educated to degree level in healthcare or business
- Leadership and/or Management Qualification
- Excellent leadership, communication, and personal skills
- Business Management or equivalent, Masters preferred
- Prior knowledge of healthcare finance, although training can be provided
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Use of Systmone and Pharmoutcomes would be advantageous
- Experience in working with the general public and/or healthcare setting
- Experience in managing accounting procedures
- Experience/Knowledge of budget and cash flow
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in performance management including annual reviews, staff development, and disciplinary procedures
- Experience in successfully developing and implementing projects
- Experience in workforce planning, forecasting, and development
- Experience/knowledge of chairing meetings including producing agendas and minutes accurately
- Prior experience of working in primary care or GP practice
- Relevant health and safety experience
- HR experience
