About the Role

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor at Connells, you will have the opportunity to develop a rewarding career in the mortgage industry. Our structured and transparent progression opportunities will enable you to grow and succeed in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Relationships: You will work closely with the Estate Agency team to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Conducting Appointments: You will conduct 2-3 appointments per day, providing advice on a range of products and services to meet your customers' needs.
  • Generating New Business: You will be responsible for attracting new customers and business, while working towards achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment.
Requirements
  • Resilience and Positive Attitude: You will need to be resilient, positive, and have a friendly can-do attitude to succeed in this role.
  • Strong Sales Skills: A strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completion is essential.
  • Motivation and Drive: You will need to be motivated to be successful and always do the right thing by the customer.
  • Attention to Detail: You will need to have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure.
  • Good Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills are required to build strong alliances and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is necessary for this role.
