Job Description:

This is a new role that will involve conducting a deep dive into the business, reviewing current operations and processes, and implementing initiatives to reduce waste and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and improve current business operations and processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and efficiency across all functions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business transformation and driving growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Estimated Salary: £110,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
