Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Technician

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mobile HGV Technician to join our team in North Devon. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and conducting repair and maintenance work for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your work week as efficiently as possible
- Manage contract and warranty processes correctly
- Complete paperwork to a high-quality standard
- Communicate with customers for bookings and work updates
- Carry out diagnostic work
- Evaluate vehicles against Volvo standards
- Support our customers by achieving exceptional service quality
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A City & Guilds or equivalent qualification to NVQ level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of up to £44,760 per annum, plus overtime at time and a half, as well as a range of benefits including a company pension scheme, full uniform provided, personal work van, work mobile and laptop, loyalty holidays, and excellent personal development and training opportunities.
