Job Summary: GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in London. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children and contribute to a nurturing educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Pupils: Provide personalized support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ADHD and self-harming behaviors.

  • Nappy Changing Assistance: Assist with nappy changing, offering compassionate care for young children as needed.

  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Provide crucial support across Key Stages 1 and 2 as required, helping with various age groups and developmental stages.

Requirements for the Role:
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Nursery or Early Years Teaching Assistant, or in a similar educational support role, is preferred.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
