About the Job:- Prepare and submit planning applications, environmental impact assessments, and site appraisals.
- Work on land restoration and development projects to ensure compliance with planning regulations and environmental standards.
- Liaise with local authorities, environmental bodies, and stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
- Provide support to senior planners with research, project management, and planning advice.
- Gain experience in balancing environmental conservation with development needs.
- A degree in Town Planning, Environmental Planning, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of UK planning policy and a keen interest in sustainable development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive approach with a desire to learn and grow within the profession.
- Motivation to pursue professional accreditation (MRTPI or...).
The successful candidate will receive a salary of approximately £45,000 per year and the opportunity to work with a reputable company that values sustainability and innovation.
