Job Description

AI Technology Leadership Opportunity

Talent Leaders is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Artificial Intelligence Technology to lead the development and delivery of innovative AI solutions in the Healthcare/Social care space.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, Machine Learning, and Analytics, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the AI product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading AI solutions.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of underlying infrastructure to support product launches, including setting up and managing vendor/3rd party hosting solutions and cybersecurity measures.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to integrate AI technologies, including Generative AI, ChatGPT, and Chat Bots.
  • Lead the setup and management of technology integrations, API's, and development teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of AI, ML, and Analytics, particularly in Healthcare/Social care settings.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute the company's AI vision and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Analytics, with a strong track record of delivering successful AI products and solutions.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with vendors and partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies and plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
