Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Dry Drayton, Cambridge. As a key member of our Service Operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer SLAs, leading a small dedicated Application Support team, and building strong relationships with our customers. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, enhancing their satisfaction, and driving performance and service quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Vix customer SLAs and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Lead and manage a small dedicated Application Support team to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and enhancing their satisfaction
  • Drive performance and service quality improvement through data analysis and process optimization
  • Oversee governance of tools used in service delivery processes and ensure high compliance from operational staff
Requirements
  • Demonstrable success in service delivery, driving excellent customer service
  • Experience working within an ITIL framework, ITIL certification preferred
  • Significant stakeholder management experience and highly developed influencing and negotiation skills
  • Collaboration and effective communication with internal and external customers and stakeholders
  • Leadership and direction to all line reports
  • Experience within the UK Rail industry would be advantageous
