Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit top talent in the automotive and engineering sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business, Marketing)
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the automotive or engineering sector
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
