About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence. As an Agile Coach, you will play a key role in helping our teams adopt and implement Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor teams to adopt Agile principles and practices
  • Facilitate Agile team events and ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Help teams identify and remove impediments to their progress
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Agile practices are aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain Agile knowledge and skills to support team growth and development
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Agile coaching and facilitation
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
