Divisional Director of Quality and Nursing Excellence

We are seeking a visionary and accomplished nursing leader to join our Medical Division at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As the Divisional Director of Quality and Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our nursing services and driving excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the nursing workforce to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that meets the needs of our patients.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy that ensures our Trust consistently delivers on its vision.
- Provide strategic nursing leadership to develop high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing services for patients.
- Ensure clinical risk and quality governance within the division and provide professional leadership to all staff.

Requirements- Registered Nurse (NMC register)
- United Kingdom recognised Degree in Nursing
- Masters Level Study
- Evidence of ongoing professional development through maintenance of professional portfolio and registration revalidation
- Experience of working in an acute clinical environment
