About the Role

KAEFER UK & Ireland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scaffold Delivery Lead to join our team in [Location]. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising scaffold site supervisors and managing a team of circa 50 personnel providing specialist access solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of technical industrial services and contribute to our mission of being the most reliable and efficient provider of asset integrity services. You will work closely with our Operations Manager to execute business strategy for the site and KAEFER UK, ensuring all contracts are on target to as sold margin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all activities within the Contract(s) to ensure contract delivery, SHEQ compliance, and colleague experience for the region.
  • Support the Operations Manager to execute business strategy for the site and KAEFER UK.
  • Ensure all contracts are on target to as sold margin; escalate underperforming areas and implement any mitigating actions to return to as sold margins.
  • Effectively maintain internal and external client relationships to ensure long-term sustainability of the division.

Requirements:

  • Proven record of Supervising contract(s) within the job dimensions of a Scaffold delivery lead/Snr Supervisor.
  • Demonstrate experience of client management at a contract(s) level.
  • Direct experience of the Markets that KAEFER operate within.
  • Direct experience of Scaffold services or similar Equivalents.
  • Can demonstrate successful Implementation of Continuous Improvement and implementation of LEAN practices.
