About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our contract management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the movement of trailers, working closely with the warehouse team to ensure all cargo is accounted for and loaded in a suitable manner for transport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the movement of trailers to overseas destinations
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure all cargo is accounted for and loaded in a suitable manner for transport
  • Handle bookings for collection and invoicing of all consignments
  • Work with customer suppliers and the transport department to ensure all customer suppliers are informed of ETAs or potential issues
