Main Activities:

You will be part of a site design team of civil engineers, BIM coordinators, and draftsmen working on the most complicated RC structure of Nuclear Island buildings on the HPC project. You will work with senior engineers, chief draftsmen, and drafting teams to answer construction team requests on the design package released by the design back office.

You will be involved in a wide range of activities undertaken by our site-based teams, including:

  • Working on 3D BIM rebar modeling in TEKLA with the help of BIM coordinators or leading and controlling RC 3D works or 2D drawings done by drafting teams
  • Responding to Field Information requests and changes
  • Closing out design issues
  • Design surveillance during construction
  • Technical review and acceptance of contractor deliverables
  • Site walkdowns and inspections (few)
Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for a Civil Engineer/Structure Degree holder with knowledge/understanding of the Eurocodes related to civil engineering, especially knowledge of the design of fastenings in concrete. You should also have experience with civil engineering software such as TEKLA, PDMS, and 3D AutoCAD. Additionally, you should have good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to meet commitments and deadlines.
