Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000, commensurate with experience.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to teach and assess students on our MSc Global Management programme. As a lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, facilitating discussions, and guiding students through complex business theories and practices. You will also contribute to the development of course materials and assessments, as well as participate in staff development activities and peer observations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • An honours degree in a relevant subject area, such as construction management or project management.
  • A postgraduate certificate in academic practice or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Previous lecturing experience for similar courses.
  • Experience supervising student work and providing support and feedback.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills.
