We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at HMP Dovegate, a category B Prison located in Uttoxeter. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding quality-based patient-centered care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe and secure medicines management services, ensuring patient medical records are maintained to the agreed standard at all times.
  • Focus on providing personalized care to patients, listening to and acting on their feedback to ensure care is informed by what matters to them.
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are followed to a high and orderly standard.

Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 3, or above, BTEC or equivalent.
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Up to date with Continual Professional Development (CPD).
  • Relevant post-qualification pharmacy experience.
  • General GCSE education or equivalent.

Although not essential, ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment.
