Job Title: Women's Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a Women's Healthcare Professional to join our team at Swansea Bay University Health Board. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert midwifery care to women throughout all stages of pregnancy and childbirth, ensuring they have access to high-quality support, expertise, and advice 24/7.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert midwifery care to women in various settings, including hospitals and community-based services.
  • Take charge of a ward or equivalent sphere of midwifery regularly.
  • Maintain active NMC registration, meeting all revalidation requirements.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £36,640 per annum, plus benefits such as pension scheme, health insurance, and paid annual leave. The estimated salary range is £40,000 - £50,000 based on experience and location. You will also have access to a wide range of training and development opportunities, enabling you to enhance your skills and advance your career.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Appropriate registration with NMC.
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Completion of the new Midwives competency programme - if applicable.
  • Evidence of recent CPD.
