**The Role:**

We're looking for an experienced Clinical Systems Expert to interpret clinical protocols and customer requirements. You'll create clinical data management system (CDMS) designs and non-CDMS component specifications to meet the needs of our customers and the clinical trial.

You'll be responsible for optimal design decisions and the utilization of ICON/client specific standards. As a leader, you may supervise individuals with assistance from functional management.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Problem Solving: Analyze and investigate complex problems to identify and define solutions.
  • Proactive Thinking: Anticipate future issues and challenges.
  • Leadership: Lead system and process improvements within the SME role.
  • Strategic Impact: Guide teams to achieve operational and strategic goals.
  • Communication: Strong written, oral, and presentation skills; excellent cross-team communication.
  • Client Management: Strong client relationship management skills with potential for further development.

The salary for this position is **$120,000 - $150,000 per year**, depending on experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and location.
