Flexible Home Support Role

This role involves providing day-to-day support to an 8-year-old wheelchair user, focusing on enhancing their quality of life and independence.
Main Responsibilities- Providing personal care, including assistance with continence needs
- Accompanying the child on outings and ensuring their safety
- Working collaboratively with the family to meet the child's requirements
- Experience working with children and individuals with Autism
- Driver with own car and relevant business insurance (an advantage)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, up to 3 hours weekly
The hourly rate for this position is £12.50. Free Careskills training is also included. Holidays are accrued at 5.6 weeks per year, inclusive of bank holidays.
A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check and a 6-month probationary period apply to this role.
