Salary: £24,000 - £25,500 per annum
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Administration Professional to join our team in Cheshire. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our team in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with requests, answering questions and queries by email and telephone
- Process pre-charter documentation and liaise with customers, operators and yacht crew
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries
Requirements:
- University degree or minimum 3 A Levels
- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
- Have experience working in a customer-facing role
