We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our client's team in Harrogate. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to the Wills & Probate department, ensuring the smooth operation of the team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, and reports using audio-typing and word processing skills.
- Audio/copy typing of letters, forms, and documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Assist in the preparation of court documents and other legal materials.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in audio-typing and word processing software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
