We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our client's team in Harrogate. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to the Wills & Probate department, ensuring the smooth operation of the team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, and reports using audio-typing and word processing skills.
  • Audio/copy typing of letters, forms, and documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Assist in the preparation of court documents and other legal materials.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in audio-typing and word processing software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
