About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in a Bank setting. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support and care to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and care to service users in a Bank setting, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and household chores.
  • Support service users in engaging in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and mental health.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a care or support role, preferably in a Bank setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • DBS clearance (cost covered by Priory).
