Oversee all Project Delivery across the group and happy to help with delivery when needed. The head of Project Delivery will also be required to work closely with the PMO function to ensure high standards of governance and health are maintained across the business. Lastly, this individual must have excellent resource and budget management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain best practices for Project Delivery.
  • Develop an environment that allows Project Managers to thrive.
  • Oversee all Project Delivery across the group.
  • Work closely with the PMO function to ensure high standards of governance and health are maintained.
  • Manage resources and budgets effectively.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Experience managing large teams of Project Managers.
  • Proven experience in resource and budget management.
  • Experience overseeing a wide range of project & programme workstreams.
  • Previous experience developing robust Portfolio dashboards and KPIs.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with the PMO function.
  • Ability to support PMs in their projects and provide cover when required.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional departmental leaders.
  • A team-builder and team player, who can work comfortably in a highly collaborative setting.
