We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing senior clinical leadership and supervision to our clinical staff, while also contributing to the direction of the service.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision to practitioners within the team.
- Collaborate and share leadership of the team with the Community Team Manager and Consultant Psychiatrist.
- Run, contribute to, or support service development projects in liaison with the Consultant Psychologist or other staff from the Senior Leadership Team.
- Provide and contribute significantly to the psychological practice of the team, with a focus on quality, efficacy, and improvement.

Recruitment Premium and RelocationThis post attracts a recruitment premium of 3,000 (pro-rata for part-time roles). This is a one-off payment, with half paid on appointment and half paid after the completion of a satisfactory probation period (6 months). Please note that the recruitment premium and relocation are for external applicants only.
If you are having to relocate for your role, you are entitled to claim for up to 5,000 of relocation costs. Once you have started in post, please access the New Starter page on the Trust intranet, where you will find the full relocation policy and details of how to claim. Please note that you will need to provide receipts for your relocation expenses, and if receipts cannot be provided, the relocation claim will be subject to tax. If you leave the Trust within a 2-year period, you will be required to reimburse all or some of the total amount claimed.
