About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored rehabilitation plans for patients with complex neurological needs.
  • Apply evidence-based practices to achieve outstanding patient outcomes and equip patients with tools and strategies to improve daily living and independence.
  • Work closely with team leaders and the wider MDT to ensure seamless, holistic care.
  • Support patients through community activities and home visits, promoting reintegration into daily life.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
  • Proven experience in neurological rehabilitation.
  • Strong clinical reasoning, risk management, and patient care skills.
