About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Preston. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plans
- Collaborate with team leaders and other healthcare professionals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide expert therapy interventions
- Monitor and evaluate client progress
- Identify and manage clinical risks
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or a similar qualification
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Relevant postgraduate courses and ongoing professional development (CPD)
- Significant experience working in rehabilitation settings
- Advanced clinical reasoning and therapy assessment skills
- Experience working at Band 6 level or higher
- Risk management expertise
