As a Construction Surveyor, you will play a critical role in the contract administration and project management of specific projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of tender documents, feasibility reports, specifications, defects diagnosis reports, and Employer's Requirements
  • Carrying out measured surveys of existing buildings or sites, producing survey drawings, creating outline design proposals, and helping prepare full working drawings and details
  • Providing project-related assistance to the project team, inputting and managing information and records, and assisting in professional services, including Party Wall procedures and schedules of condition

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will bring a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

The successful candidate will have a competitive salary package, including:
