Job Description:

As an Account Manager at Native, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction. This will involve fostering strong relationships with key clients, analyzing account performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.

Global brands and event organizers trust our platform to bring their events and content on to campus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement account strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction.
  2. Foster strong relationships with key clients through regular partnerships reviews and QBRs.
  3. Analyze account performance and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
  5. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive increased sales.
  6. Package and deliver account analysis to clients in a way that adds value and deepens their engagement with Native.

Requirements:

  • Proven account management expertise with a track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering client relationships.
  • Experience working with media agencies, with a focus on bespoke and niche areas of service.
  • Ability to develop and execute account-specific strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present to clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Collaborative nature and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

What We Offer:

Native offers a competitive salary range of £30,000-£35,000 plus commission/bonus, pension contributions of 5%, flexible working, and a range of benefits including health and wellbeing budget, season ticket loan scheme, and paid maternity, paternity, adoption, or shared parental leave.
