About the Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ticketing Executive to join our Client Services Team at Travel Trade Recruitment Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various tasks including ticketing, scheduling, and customer communication.

  • Run daily Amadeus and consolidator queues to ensure timely issuance of tickets and updates to fare and booking sheets.
  • Action schedule changes, quote fares, and process reissues/refunds as necessary.
  • Update BSP reporting daily to reflect accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Interact with customers daily to answer questions and provide assistance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high level of airline fares and ticketing knowledge is required, as well as experience working with GDS systems.
